Mr. Fernández has been the Chief Talent & Culture Officer at BBVA Argentina since 2014. Previously, he held several positions, including Chief Media Officer at BBVA Argentina; Business Partner for Americas at BBVA Argentina; Design and Development Manager for Americas at BBVA Argentina; System Development and Organization Manager at Banco de Crédito Argentino; System Coordinator at Banco de Galicia; System and Organization Coordinator at Banca Nazionale del Lavoro.

He has a Bachelor Degree in System Analysis from the University of Buenos Aires.
