Mrs. Francia Guerrero is Chief Internal Control and Compliance Officer at Banco BBVA Argentina S.A. since January 2025. Previously, she served as Head of Regulation, Internal Control, and Compliance at BBVA Uruguay; Head of the Customer Compliance Discipline and previously Head of the Customer Compliance subunit in the Global Compliance Unit, within the Regulation and Internal Control Area; and Team Leader of Regulatory and Technical Compliance at the Center for Verifications, Official Letters, and Testamentary Proceedings, all of these positions at BBVA Spain. She holds a degree in Economic Law from the University of Deusto and obtained the International Compliance Officer Certificate issued by the Institute of Compliance Officers.
